We would love the opportunity to welcome you to Bali and share our years of experiences with you. Our focus is customer service. We live here because we see it as the most welcoming, least angry place on earth. Bali has a long-standing tradition for its hospitality and beauty. You could actually fly to Bali, stay twice as long and still spend less money than you would going to Hawaii. There are some really great fares to Bali, and once you are here, you won’t believe how inexpensive it is.

As your hosts, we are an American/Indo couple with over 40 years of combined experience in hospitality and customer service. A Multi-Unit Property Owner/Manager and Professional Chef in our former lives, our approach to this business are to treat our guests like we always WANTED to be treated in our extensive travels. We are always seeking new ways to improve our offerings and consistently seek guest feedback for new ideas and suggestions and have gleaned some great ideas from them.

We are not here to nickel and dime you to death like some properties, everything is not a profit center here. We want to offer an experience you’ll remember fondly, not just a room. We try to give you information that will enhance your stay in Bali and allow you to avoid any travel unpleasantness. We want to make you feel at home and like you have new friends in Bali, and not just for your time with us but during your entire time in Bali.

We start this from your first inquiry, by sending you a list of Bali Tips (included here as well) which we have accumulated over our years here. Tips that should help you from the time you land until you board the plane for home.
