OPTION 1 – The All-Inclusive Lifetime Retirement Package (Best Value)
Secure your spot in paradise with our pre-completion buy-in. This option gives you input on the design, furnishing and floor plan of your apartment. You retain the right to use, sublet, or sell your apartment. A minimum 20 year lease or your lifetime if you choose to stay. If you decide or need to sell you can sell whatever remaining years are left on that 20 year period with no commission to us. Consider once the project is completed that investment would grow substantially. When you aren’t using it you have the option of renting it out to family or friends and you keep everything over the monthly fees. If you don’t want to deal with that we rent it for you as a hotel room and pay you anything over the monthly fees, less expenses. We will even facilitate property swapping should you want to do that for the regular monthly fee, plus expenses. To clarify, monthly fees only apply when you are using the apartment in some fashion, whether its using, renting or swapping. Monthly fees are guaranteed not to increase beyond standard cost of living indexes.
